The EXCESS PROPERTY STORE is open to the University community and the general public on Wednesdays from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM at the Hawkins Building, 1600 Jamesville Avenue.  The phone number is 315-443-1704.

DIRECTIONS: 
From main campus take Comstock Avenue south to the end, past Ainsley Drive. The warehouse is on the right (The Hawkins Building).
From Brighton Ave turn onto Ainsley Drive.  Turn right onto Jamesville Ave.  The warehouse is on the right (The Hawkins Building).

Payments accepted are: Cash, Local check, & Syracuse University Interdepartmental Order Form (ID).  We are not set up to accept any form of card transaction

Regarding  items for bid, Syracuse University reserves the right to reject any portion of any bid which is not considered to be in the best interest of the University. 

Customers should plan on loading and transporting their personal purchases.
